Where are you shipping?

Shipping is available within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

Customized products will be shipped within 7-15 days after ordering.

Some sample products can be shipped to European countries like United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands and so on.

Is there a free shipping service?

We provide free delivery for all orders in the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

PO, PO, APO, FPO, and DPO are not acceptable.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders usually take 1 business day to be processed.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order is delivered you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Your order may be divided into several boxes or bags according to the size of the order.

How long is the delivery time?

Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping address and speed, but generally takes 3-5 business days.

I'm having problems with the carrier tracking info.

I'm sorry for that! In some cases, it may take several working days for your delivery status to be registered.

For the best of your ability, please wait 48 hours to make sure that your package is marked "delivered" but you have not yet received it. In some cases, the carrier will update the state prematurely! If you don't have a tracking number, contact us at service@kinhwa.com. We'll look into it.

What kind of carriers are you using?

Usually we use USPS, UPS, and Federal Express. Should you not be able to receive any of these carriers, please contact us ASAP by e-mail service@kinhwa.com.

How do I modify my shipping address?

If your order has been sent to the wrong address, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We'll do everything we can to get it corrected!

Note:

1. All delivery times are quoted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. The delivery time for an order includes shipping time and warehouse processing time. It takes 1 business days for the warehouse to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the package logistics tracking number.

3. Shipping costs do not include applicable duties or taxes. Duties, customs and any other import taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. We have little knowledge of the tax laws of many countries and regions.
